About me
Krzysztof is an experienced academic leader, educator, practitioner, and researcher in the field of project management and process management. He holds a PhD in Economics from Wroclaw University in Poland. Prior to his PhD studies, Krzysztof graduated with a MSc Eng in Civil Engineering from Bialystok University of Technology, Poland and MSc in Finance and Financial Information Systems from Greenwich University, London.
After his graduation he was appointed a senior lecturer at Faculty of Management at Bialystok University of Technology, Poland, where he was a teaching project management and process management. Subsequent to teaching, Krzysztof performed several consulting activities, related to business process design and optimization and project management. He was a Head of Postgraduate Studies in project management for construction engineers and Associate Head of Dean for Student Experience at Faculty of Management, Bialystok University of Technology. Krzysztof is Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA) and leader of MSc Construction Project Management programme at UWE.
Krzysztof's research interests include system dynamics modelling, digital construction management and modelling of learning organizations.
