About me

Overview

Guru has coined the term and has authored the concept of 'Switch Leadership' in projects and organizations. During his Ph.D. studies at École supérieure de commerce (ESC), Grande École (France) in the field of Project Management, he was the winner of the Student Paper of the Year Award 2005 at PMI's Congress in Toronto, Canada and also received the 1st Prize for the best student research paper in 'pmdays 2004' at Vienna, Austria. As a student, Guru won the Director's Gold Medal for best academic achievement in the undergraduate studies. Dr. Prabhakar specialises in supervising Master's level dissertations in Management, he is a Director of Studies (DoS) at Doctoral level.

His research has appeared in international peer-reviewed journals (i.e., Technological Forecasting & Social Change, Information Technology & People, Production Planning & Control, Journal of Business Research, Transportation Research Part A Policy and Practice, Journal of Management Inquiry etc.).
