I have been at UWE since 2016. I hold BSc and Phd in Employment Relations from the London School of Economics, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching higher Education (PGTHE) from the University of Brighton.

My research focus sits within the field of employment relations. I look specifically at occupational regulation in the UK but I have also been part of research papers concerning reward management and union representation. A brief overview of my papers is below:
