About me

I am currently a Senior Lecturer in Strategy & Operations Management at UWE, Bristol Business School.

My professional background includes management roles in the service industry, consultancy (manufacturing and services sector) and teaching in various UK institutions.

I have been an educator in Higher Education institutions in the UK since 2009 and I am a Higher Education Academy Fellow (FHEA) and a Certified Management & Business Educator (CBME).

I have published in international journals and conferences and I am also a reviewer for various journals such as Production Planning & Control, International Journal of Production & Research, and Supply Chain Management: An International Journal, amongst others.

My current research interests include:

Digitalization (I4.0, I5.0), Supply Chain Quality Management, Inter-Firm Relationships, Servitization and Gamification.
