About me

Executive Coach dedicated to people development. Developing personal & professional growth in others is at the very heart of my practice. 

Senior Lecturer in Organisation Studies (College of Business & Law) leading on a range of Leadership, Management, Coaching & Mentoring modules/programmes. My research specialises in coaching teams/individuals in virtual environments; developing online communities in the workplace; & the use of blogs as a coaching intervention & as a research methodology. 

Prior to joining UWE, I worked for the NHS as a Midwife, Educator & Coach/Mentor & have accumulated extensive clinical & leadership/managerial experience.
