About me
Lee has developed an extensive personal archive containing hundreds of examples of Garments, Objects and Fashion related curios from across the decades to inform her teaching and regularly brings items in to inspire Students.Lee grew up in California and after graduating worked for various swimsuit and sportswear manufacturers in Southern California before moving to Europe. Whilst living in London Lee continued to work as a Pattern Cutter with several fashion Labels, along with running her own freelance pattern cutting business creating costumes for stage, films & TV. Working from archival garments and Designer's sketches Lee created costumes for principal actors and the supporting cast; film titles include James Cameron’s Titanic, Back to the Future and Francis Ford Coppola's Dracula.
