About me
Dr Leon is an Associate Professor of Collaboration and Digital Innovation at the University of West of England (UWE).
She currently leads the Smart & Sustainable Infrastructures (Civil Engineering) within the UWE Engineering department.
Her expertise is focused on facilitating collaborations through digital innovations, with a particular emphasis on Digital Twins. She holds a Ph.D. in Management & Digital Technologies and possesses a robust background in the Built Environment industry. In this sphere, Dr Leon introduced and leveraged advanced methodologies and tools to amplify the efficiency of multidisciplinary teams in diverse sectors, notably Construction, Infrastructure, Energy and Health.
Marianthi is a highly driven individual, with a rising track record of securing research funding, excellent industries networking capacity for collaborative R&D projects, with a strong focus on continuous professional development and highly collaborative skills.
