About me
As a Project Room Support Technician, I am responsible for the day to day running of the Project Room. It is a diverse role involving a wide variety of tasks.
In the Project Room there is a help desk and a large open space with equipment, including computers,printers and binding machines for students to use. In addition, there are four computer rooms that students can work in.
We loan equipment to both FET students and staff using the 'Connect2' self-booking system.
We also have a shop in which we stock materials and miscellaneous items for students to purchase for their coursework at 'cost price' or subsidised rates.
We aim to provide an efficient,friendly customer service to all.
