About me
I am an Enquiries Support Librarian in the Learning Services Team at UWE Frenchay Library. I have been in post since January 2015.
Area of expertise
I provide advice and support to staff in faculties, services and customers verbally and in writing. I help staff the Help Desk (answering queries face to face and via email). I provide support and expertise for QuestionPoint and Chat. I undertake library inductions and training. I act as a lead on particular aspects of the team’s responsibilities and also as a supervisor or manager in the team. I manage small scale process improvement projects and help resolve problems following existing policies.
