I work as an HR Consultant within the HR Consultancy team.
The HR Consultancy team identify, develop, deliver and evaluate organisational development opportunities. In doing so we utilise data and trends to inform policy and practice. We provide a service to managers and teams that will improve service delivery and performance. We support the employee relations framework; ensuring due regard for statutory and regulatory compliance.
