About me
I am a registered Midwife and have been teaching in higher education for 9 years as a Senior Midwifery Lecturer.
I am now an associate director responsible for overseeing several healthcare programmes and teaching staff.
Alongside this post I currently hold the Lead Midwife for Education (LME) role which is a statutory and strategic role essential for overseeing quality in midwifery education at UWE. Part of this role is confirming student midwives who have successfully completed their undergraduate programme/Return to practice programme to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) national register.
