About me
Expect to hear a lot of fun facts about bears. I am a bear conservation PhD researcher, currently working on non-invasive genetic monitoring techniques and habitat assessments for bears in Greece - yes, there are bears in Greece! I am the DAS technical instructor for GIS, which means I am here to help you with all things maps and spatial analysis. I have a true passion for wild places and the animals that inhabit them and I love helping students and staff get closer to their research and conservation goals.
