About me
Anna joined UWE as an Assistant Support Lecturer in 2022, after 8 years of working in hospitality and the financial industry, undertaking team leadership roles. She holds a BA in Business Management and Leadership with distinction from the University of the West of England, and she is currently finishing her study at the post-graduate level.
Anna has been working as a seminar tutor across different levels of studies in the subject area of Organisation Studies. These include: Understanding Organisations and People, Organisational Leadership, and People and Global Organisations. She also supports students during their Placement organisations, as a placement tutor; and, supervises final-year Undergraduate students on their Applied Business Project dissertations.
Anna's commitment to teaching excellence and students' development comes from her deep academic interest in understanding how people behave in organisations and how we can theorise intra-organisational dynamics. As a member of Bristol Leadership and Change Centre (BLCC), Anna is currently investigating possibilities of research in the broader area of leadership and, leadership/management learning.
Office hours: Wednesday 2-4pm. These can be arranged online or in person.
