About me
Antonia Dingle is the Project Manager of the INSERT Study - an NIHR-funded mixed methods Realist evaluation of the Nursing Associate role in England's hospitals, co-led by Dr Zoe Anchors and Dr Laura Goodwin.
Antonia is a mixed-methods researcher with experience in NHS workforce, digital health, women's health, health financing, health equity, public health evaluation and Realist methodology. Antonia's rich, portfolio career spans research, programme management and mental health entrepreneurship, having undertaken roles within academia, the third sector and consulting. As well as her experience in the UK, Antonia has worked extensively in low- and middle-income countries including Nigeria, Uganda, Sierra Leone, Cambodia, India and Pakistan.
She is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Artificial Intelligence for Medicine and Health at the University of Bristol, alongside her role at UWE.
