About me
I am a Lecturer and researcher in real estate and investment, with a PhD in Business & Management from Brunel University London. My work sits at the intersection of real estate finance, digital innovation, and sustainability, with particular interests in PropTech, AI in valuation, and ESG in property investment.
Alongside my academic career, I bring extensive senior industry experience in global investment and portfolio management, having worked across multi-billion-dollar real estate and infrastructure portfolios. This professional background informs my teaching, where I emphasise practice-based learning, real-world case studies, and the development of industry-relevant skills.
At UWE Bristol, I am committed to delivering an engaging and inclusive learning environment that prepares students for careers in the built environment. My research is applied and industry-focused, exploring how emerging technologies such as blockchain and artificial intelligence are transforming real estate markets and investment decision-making.
