About me
Former Children's Nurse, before retraining as a Physician Associate, with clinical experience in Primary Care and Sexual Health services. First PA in the UK to complete the DFSRH and gain diplomate membership with the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare- also gained letter of competence for sub-dermal implant insertion and removal.
Two years experience in higher education teaching, including employment as a lecturer and guest lecturing and examining.
Previous member of BASHH STI Foundations competence committee.
Former policy advisor for the Children's Commissioner for Wales with experience in stakeholder engagement, project work and public affairs on issues such as gender services, mental health and healthcare service strategy.
Currently undertaking research into physician associate education.
