About me

I am currently a lecturer in Strategic Management at Bristol Business School at UWE. I have taught a range of modules in Strategy, Innovation, International Business and Informatics at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level. Prior to my current appointment, I worked at Henley Business School, at the University of Reading and at the University of Northampton.

My research focuses on the role of digital technologies to create value in organisations and society as conceptualised through the concepts of service-dominant logic leading to collaborative value co-creation in the broader innovation ecosystems and conflictual interactions studied through the transaction cost economies.

My increasing number of research works also incorporates the rise of digital firms, its impact on the existing innovation ecosystems and policymaking in developing country contexts, people's perception of the impact of mass adoption of Artificial Intelligence, and critical realism in organisational research. I am also part of the GLOBE 2020 research project.

Area of expertise

Value Creation, Co-creation, and Co-destruction. Service-dominant logic, Transaction Cost Theory, Impact of Emerging Technology, Technology Acceptance and Cross-cultural Management
