About me

Having spent 10 years, working in the criminal justice sector which has included case managing high risk offenders, working as part of gangs and terrorist unit and working with victims of sexual exploitation, I went onto achieve a MSc in Criminal Investigation - Derby University. My thesis was surrounding multi-agency working and sexual exploitation. I have since attended the National Sexual Violence conference with my research and I am now an associate lecturer and research associate at UWE, involved with delivering a wide range of modules as part of the Criminology team including Criminology in Action, Criminology Theory, Understanding Crime, Introduction to Criminal Justice and I am also a dissertation supervisor and an academic personal tutor for first year students. Furthermore, I am a research associate as part of the Criminology department.
