About me

I am a Senior Lecturer in Neurological Physiotherapy with clinical and academic interests in neurological rehabilitation, global health and rehabilitation in humanitarian settings. Alongside my teaching, I continue to practise as a private neurological physiotherapist.

Prior to joining academia, I worked across a range of NHS clinical specialties before specialising in neurological rehabilitation. I have also worked internationally, developing rehabilitation services and delivering training programmes for the World Health Organization (WHO) in postural management, wheelchair seating, supporting families of children with cerebral palsy, and the management of spinal cord injury.
