About me

PhD research student and associate lecturer.

My research interests revolve around systemic issues, particularly social, political, and economic influences on health and wellbeing. I approach these topics through the lens of community, critical community, and liberation psychologies.

In 2022 I completed my MSc in Health Psychology with a Distinction at UWE; my dissertation focused on using a critical consciousness approach (Freire, 1970) to explore the effects of neoliberalism on wellbeing.

Previously I completed my BSc in Psychology, graduating in 2017 with a First Class (Hons) from the University of Plymouth.
