About me

I am a Wallscourt Fellow in Fintech, situated in UWE's Frenchay campus.

I completed my joint doctoral degree from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in 2019. My PhD thesis, entitled: Towards Fairness and Decentralisation in Modern Cryptocurrencies, was submitted to NTNU in 2018 and was successfully defended in 2019.

The thesis was selected for an Outstanding Doctoral Thesis award.

I also hold a bachelors degree in mathematics a masters degree in mathematics of cryptography and communication.

Area of expertise

My research is primarily focussed on blockchain (or decentralsied ledgers) and related technologies.
