About me

I am an economist with a research expertise in the history and philosophy of political economy, focusing on two main areas:

First, I am interested in the contributions of Michel Foucault to the history and philosophy of political economy, understanding how power develops in the economy and society. Some topics include, for instance, the role of neoliberalism, increasing financialization and the reconstitution of labor relations in creating power.

Secondly, my research develops on the teaching and pedagogy of economics in the post-crisis, emphasizing the role of pluralism and heterodox economics as alternative approaches.

I am also an affiliate researcher at Autonomy (http://www.autonomyinstitute.org/) and a member of Reteaching Economics (http://reteacheconomics.org/).

Some of my articles can be found in peer-reviewed journals such as the Review of Political Economy, Review of Radical Political Economics and History of Economic Ideas.
