About me
David has over twenty years full time industry experience prior to his arrival into academia in 2015. He started his carreer as a Site Civil Engineer in the 90's for a Tier 1 Contractor. He then moved into Building Surveying and Construction Project Management. He become Chartered in January 2003 having then worked for a medium sized private practice in Brighton and thereafter for a large international FTSE100 consultancy in C.London. David subsequentially spent fifteen years in a number of client-side roles in both Property & Portfolio management, with a number of FTSE 100 & 250 Commercial Businesses. David is both a Chartered Building Engineer and Chartered Surveyor. He is also Fellow of both the HEA and EMA.
