About me

I am a Research Associate in the School of Health and Social Wellbeing at UWE Bristol, where I contribute to research addressing health inequalities in underserved communities. My research approach draws on socio-behavioural theories, implementation science, and community-engaged research.

I have led and contributed to studies on diabetes self-management, fall prevention, opioid misuse prevention, healthy ageing, and community-based health programmes.
