Mr George Stone

George Jasper Stone is a digital artist working primarily with CGI and digital media. Their practice is often collaborative, working with musicians, artists, live performers, contemporary dancers, photographers and fashion designers. Their work explores the relationship between physical and digital environments, often creating speculative worlds that connect fantasy and reality.

 

Stone has produced work for Arca, Sigur Rós, Valentino, Dr. Martens, Drake, FKA twigs, Boiler Room, Dazed, Selfridges and Maison Margiela. Internationally, their work has been exhibited at Transmediale, Haus der Kulturen der Welt, ICA London and Monom Gallery, Berlin. Stone’s work has received a Vimeo Staff Pick and the MMMAD Open Call award, and has been nominated for a Creative Film Award at the Los Angeles CFA.
