About me
Overview
Guru's research is on the application of technology and cognitive tools to bring transformational change. He has coined the term and has authored the concept of 'switch leadership' in projects and organizations. He has a Ph.D. from the prestigious École Supérieure de Commerce (ESC), Grande École (France) in the field of project management and was the winner of the Doctoral student paper of the year award at PMI's congress in Toronto, Canada and in 'pmdays' conference at Vienna, Austria. As a student, he won the Director's Gold Medal for best academic achievement in the undergraduate studies. Dr. Prabhakar specialises in supervising master's level dissertations in management, he has been a Director of Studies (DoS) at Doctoral level.
His research has appeared in international peer-reviewed journals (i.e., Technological Forecasting & Social Change, Information Technology & People, Production Planning & Control, Journal of Business Research, Transportation Research Part A Policy and Practice, Journal of Management Inquiry etc.).
