About me

Hussein Abulrob is a PhD researcher investigating digitally enabled Circular Business Models in the context of SMEs. His research examines how digital technologies and digital maturity support the transition to circular and sustainable practices. He recently presented and published his work at the International Joint Conference on Industrial Engineering and Operations Management (IJCIEOM) in Bari, Italy, focusing on the role of digital technologies in enabling the Circular Economy. Alongside his research, Hussein teaches undergraduate and postgraduate modules in strategy and operations management, bringing over 15 years of industry experience in the defence and machine manufacturing sectors.
