About me

Starting at UWE Bristol in 2021, I have supported businesses in the region to access the range of support that is available from the University, and developed bids and generated funding to increase the provision that we are able to offer.

Initially I worked on the Digital Skills Workforce for the Future Programme to support businesses in the region to analyse their digital capabilities and receive bespoke training to facilitate a more skilled and efficient workforce.

Beyond this, I now support businesses from any region or nation to identify suitable areas of development that the university could support with. Be this from graduate recruitment, internships or placements, to skills development programmes CPD, all the way up to high value collaborative research.

I am always happy to have an exploratory conversation with a company, or academic staff looking to engage with our business network, regardless of sector or expertise.

Area of expertise

I have a strong understanding of the full offer of support available through the university and the funders that support collaborative research bids, such as Innovate UK.

I am also adept at developing tender or bid applications where the is a strong business partnership involved or the outcomes will support businesses to grow and develop.
