About me
I joined UWE as a Lecturer in Film Studies in 2025.
My book Taking Back Desire: A Psychoanalytic Approach to Queerness and Neoliberalism on Screen was published with Routledge in May, 2025 and I am currently working on a new book about Harmony Korine's film Spring Breakers (2012), to be published with the Routledge Cinema and Youth Culture series.
I am a book review editor at Open Screens journal, and write for cultural publications as well as academic journals.
