About me

James has been working in Aerospace across research, trials, experimentation and systems engineering since 2009 across UK MOD, Roke Manor, Meggitt, Britten-Norman and presently ZeroAvia.

He specialises now in the world of green propulsion having been the first Flight Test Engineer to fly an electric hydrogen powertrain in 2023 and is passionate about sustainable projects, especially those relating to hydrogen fuel cells.

His subject area under the Aerospace Engineering course is Pilot Studies and Airline Operations having been a pilot since 2015, completed ATPL ground exams in 2026 and spent most of his working career in an around certified aircraft industry (Part-21 Design).
