About me

I am currently an Associate Director of the School of Social Sciences for Psychology at The University of the West of England in Bristol. My research interests and expertise have broadly covered developmental topics in social cognition. I'm currently working on projects around parasocial relationships with AI, child development and social AI use, higher education and belonging. I am part of the Psychological Sciences Research Group (PSRG).

Jennie's teaching specialisms are in developmental and cognitive psychology and uses both quantitative and qualitative methods in research.
