About me
Deputy Head of Accommodation, responsible for the management of student accommodation and the residents therein. This includes behaviour management and the impact of behaviours on others.
I have a keen interest in budget management and I am responsible for the accommodation budget including income, running costs and tenders.
I'm passionate about customer service and communication and have extensive experience of working and developing systems with IT teams and external suppliers.
I have enjoyed a number of management roles within Accommodation Services, prior to my current role I was the Administration and Systems Manager with a focus on student applications, allocations and communication.
