Currently working on the new student information system (SIS) implementation.
Area of expertise
As a Senior Business Analyst within the Project Delivery Team I serve as the liaison, translator and communications bridge between business stakeholders and project professionals, bridging the gap between requirements and delivery.
My role utilises a number of key tools and techniques to effectively analyse the environment we are operating in; from the initial concept of a change through to the final implementation; working with Faculties and Services to assess the impact of a change, eliciting, analysing and documenting business requirements and then supporting the communication and delivery of these requirements.
My role is key to the vision of the Transformation & Improvement Service of delivering of high quality and responsive business processes and professional services that provide an excellent and seamless experience for our students and staff.
