About me
Senior Lecturer in Information Systems & Operations Management.

I welcome proposals from prosepective PhD students in the areas of Technology-enhanced supply chains & operations; food supply chains; digital operations management.

Area of expertise
I am a researcher with a desire to remain engaged with businesses on real-world challenges. My research and engagement projects examine the overlapping areas of management, new technologies, digtial transition, and coordinated supply chains. My research goals target ways in which positive social impact can be maximised using innovative new technologies and approaches to managing operations.
I teach on several courses Global Supply Chain Management (IM), Sustainable Food Supply Chains (MSc), Managing Digital Operations (MBA), C-Suite (DBA), Meeting Customer Needs (IM), The Service Concept (IM) and I supervise and tutor business school students dissertations (MBA, IM) and PhD projects.
My areas of interest include Digital Supply Chains, Operations Management - Delivery System Design, Impact of Digital Economy in Management, Humanitarian Aid Delivery Systems.
