About me

My role at UWE is within the Bristol Business School - Bristol Law School as Project Officer for Accreditations and Special Projects. The faculty is currently working towards the AACSB International Accreditation and the main focus of my role is to support this project. I work as part of the project team who are responsible for meeting the different stages of the accreditation process. I specifically support six of the accreditation standards, the data collection across the accreditation process and help to ensure the project timelines and risks are kept on track. I am also working on improving the processes around student and staff mobility within the faculty to support the accreditation process, but also improve one of the key areas within the faculty mission and vision.

Alongside, the accreditation work, I am leading on a project to get more art in the Bristol Business School building. In 2016-17, as part of the faculty's move to the new Bristol Business School building, I led the project team that worked on acquiring and displaying students' artworks that now hang across the building. I am now leading on the next phase of that project – to commission and engage students and local artists to create a vibrant and visually inspiring environment in our amazing new home.

I started working at UWE in 2014 on the Information Points and most recently I worked as Executive Officer to the Pro Vice-Chancellor and Executive Dean of the Bristol Business School - Bristol Law School and manager to the Executive Support Office. I have nine years of management experience and have recently achieved my ILM Level 3. I am currently working on the Association of Project Managers qualifications and Prince 2 foundation.
