About me
I am a Research Associate with the University of West of England. I have worked on various projects looking at access to Primary Care in GP Clinics, Measuring Social Impact within Charities and now Competency Frameworks within IVF Clinics.
My background is senior Human Resource Management (HRM) across a number of different organisations and industries. Part of my HRM remit addressed performance management and how competency frameworks might be used to develop and measure the skills, knowledge and behaviours of different types of employee. This has been enhanced by my MSc in Occupational Psychology looking at how people might flourish and development within the workplace. Also how organisations can get the very best from their employees and for their customers, clients and patients whilst supporting the organisational agenda.
