Dr Lorna Flintham

I am a Research Associate on the INSERT study at UWE. My work focuses on the qualitative component of the study, conducting interviews with NHS staff, patients and carers to explore the implementation of Nursing Associate roles in adult secondary care. I have a background in public health research and mixed-methods evaluation, with particular interests in workforce development, health inequalities, patient experience and the translation of research into policy and practice. I have recently completed a PhD investigating the social, behavioural and biological determinants of antimicrobial resistance.
