About me
Hello! I'm Lyernisha, a passionate lecturer committed to nurturing the next generation of tech innovators. With 5 years of experience in the field, I have taught students about the exciting world of software development, computing, and technology.
Before joining UWE, I taught at Villa College,Maldives where I received the Excellence in Teaching Award in 2023 for my classroom impact.
I hold a PhD from Anna University in Information and Communication Engineering. My expertise spans various areas, including software development life cycles, software architecture, database management, and artificial intelligence. I am particularly interested in image processing and I strive to bring real-world applications into the classroom.
My goal is to create a dynamic learning environment where students feel inspired to explore their creativity and build practical skills that will serve them in their careers.
