About me

As Senior Programme Manager I have significant experience of leadership and management of large projects and teams.

In my current role I am a member of the Strategic Programmes Office leadership team where I am responsible for providing overall leadership of programmes and projects.  I support strategic planning, act as key liaison point for projects and programmes throughout project planning, specification, delivery and post-project evaluation. My role ensures effective liaison and working relationships between project and programme sponsors/clients, professional services and external partners.

My background in managing large capital campus projects, strategic planning, KPI setting, prediction planning and performance analysis underpins my ability to work at a strategic leadership level.

I have extensive change management experience, particularly focused through the capital campus projects I have been managing with a strong emphasis on facilitation, stakeholder engagement and building consensus among diverse individuals and teams.

My passion is people and working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams, and this is demonstrated in my natural affinity for cultivating relationships and networks. I am a strong communicator and a trustworthy collaborator who applies qualities of integrity, credibility, and a passion for progression for both the organisation I work for and on an individual basis.

My work as a charity trustee reflects my passion for people as the charity values are focused on promoting opportunity by offering work placements and volunteering opportunities to those currently excluded from employment and helping those in need by supplying low cost household items through its retail activities.
