About me
As Head of Business Change (Place) I have significant experience of leadership and management of large projects and teams. I develop, lead and
manage the business change elements of the University’s Place portfolio,
to achieve the University’s ambition for 2030.
I have extensive change management experience with a strong emphasis on facilitation, stakeholder engagement and building consensus among diverse individuals and teams.
My background as Head of Faculty Strategic Developments, leading and representing the end users on large capital campus projects, and previously as Planning Manager working within strategic planning, KPI setting, prediction planning and performance analysis underpins my ability to work at a strategic leadership level.
My passion is people and working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams and my work as a charity trustee reflects my passion for people as the charity values are focused on promoting opportunity by offering work placements and volunteering opportunities to those currently excluded from employment and helping those in need by supplying low cost household items through its retail activities.
