About me

As Assistant Director of Student and Campus Life (Campus and Community), I have strategic oversight and responsibility for the campus experience, fostering a vibrant, inclusive, safe and engaging 24/7, 365 residential and campus environment. 

In my previous role I was Head of Business Change (Place) where I managed all business change elements of the University’s Place portfolio, to achieve the University’s ambition for 2030.   Within this role I also worked as Programme Manager for a significant university transformation programme, transforming the university’s operating model.

I have extensive change management experience with a strong emphasis on facilitation, stakeholder engagement and building consensus among diverse individuals and teams.

My background as Head of Faculty Strategic Developments, leading and representing the end users on large capital campus projects (Bristol Business School £56m, School of Engineering £40m), and previously as Planning Manager working within strategic planning, KPI setting, prediction planning and performance analysis underpins my ability to work at a strategic leadership level.

My passion is people and working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams, and this is demonstrated in my natural affinity for cultivating relationships and networks.  I am a strong communicator and a trustworthy collaborator who applies qualities of integrity, credibility, and a passion for progression for both the organisation I work for and on an individual basis.
