About me

My current role as Head of Faculty Strategic Developments in the Faculty of Environment and Technology is to lead faculty strategic developments and to ensure effective delivery to achieve our business objectives.

I am currently working as client project manager alongside the Faculty Executive to lead and manage the faculty strategic development of a new 8,500 sqm Engineering facility.

My previous role was client project manager working alongside the Faculty Executive in the Faculty of Business and Law to lead and manage the faculty strategic development of a new £56m capital project designing and building a new building for the Faculty of Business and Law.

The remit of both projects require me to lead and manage all stakeholder engagement, project internal communications, development of key networks with project team (external and internal), design development, coordination of key stakeholders (including fundraising, marketing and branding, internal and external communications, facilities, faculty, timetabling, space planning, professional services).

I have worked at the University of the West of England since November 2001 in different roles.

My roles have included Planning Manager where I managed a team of Planning Partners with a remit of managing the university's yearly planning round including student number planning and performance analysis.  My other roles have included Finance and Resources Manager and Schools Officer (Faculty of Business and Law).

These roles have allowed me to build up experience in many fields including the university yearly planning round, student number planning, academic resource allocation, faculty refurbishment projects, budget management, management of the faculty student registration process, management of student facing reception/information points.
