Dr. Muhammad Khan is a passionate academic and researcher with a strong background in Telecommunications and Computer Science. He graduated with First Class Honours in his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in 2008 and went on to pursue doctoral research in Telecommunications from 2013 to 2018, making significant contributions to the field during this time.

His teaching career began in 2009 when he joined as a Lecturer in Computer Science. In recognition of his academic excellence, he was awarded a prestigious PhD scholarship under the Higher Education Commission Faculty Development Program in 2013.

Dr. Khan has been actively involved in advancing 5G standardization efforts through his research and project work. His contributions have been published in internationally renowned journals and presented at leading industry conferences. From 2020 to 2022, he served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at New York University, where he worked on several projects focused on 5G congestion control, gaining valuable insights and contributing to the advancement of telecommunications technology.

Currently, Dr. Khan is a Senior Lecturer in Computer Science at the University of the West of England, Bristol, where he is dedicated to inspiring and mentoring the next generation of computer scientists.

He remains committed to pushing the boundaries of knowledge in Telecommunications and Computer Science and actively seeks opportunities for collaboration and innovation in these fields.
