About me
I am a Senior Lecturer in Real Estate with international experience both in the real estate sector and outside. Prior to joining UWE I worked for a blue chip company in the telecom sector, the real estate sector and in academia.
Area of expertise
I mainly teach in areas around development appraisal, finance and investment in real estate at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels . My areas of research interest include listed real estate, asset allocation, risk measurement and management, risk modelling and property derivatives.
