An astute and detail-oriented legal professional with experience in proposal development, research, teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate students, PhD supervision, experience in spearheading and streamlining all facets of teaching operations, while interpreting and implementing policies and procedures with impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.

Professional Service
My work experience spans private law firm practice, state corporation and academia. I have previously worked as a Lecturer in Law at Southampton Solent University, Contractual Lecturer at the University of the West of England-Bristol, a Researcher in International Law at the University of Portsmouth, as well as a Lecturer in Law at the ICP (University of Portsmouth). In these roles, I actively took part in research and teaching inter alia Public International Law, Public Law, Human Rights Law, Torts, Equity and Trusts and Foundations for Legal Research. Prior to this, I headed the Legal Affairs Department of a Kenyan tourism state corporation, where I dealt with both local and international law matters, board of trustees' company secretarial work as well as offering general guidance on the requisite law and liaising with relevant government agencies. I have also worked as an Associate Advocate at Miller & Company Advocates, Nairobi, where my work involved mainly legal research and conveyancing practice.
