About me
I have a chartered accountancy (ICAEW) and professional training (KPMG) background, which inspires my practice-led approach to teaching. I have extensive experience teaching financial accounting, corporate reporting and audit at all undergraduate levels, as well as having developed and led specialised modules in accounting for sustainability.
I currently lead the following undergraduate module:
Financial Accounting & Reporting
I am also the undergraduate sustainability field representative for Accounting & Finance as part of UWE's KESE (Knowledge Exchange for Sustainability Education) team.
I have pedagogical research interests in relation to active learning and integrating sustainability into the curriculum.
My office hour is Monday 10:00-11:00 during term time. Outside of this, the best way to contact me is via email to arrange an appointment. My working days are Monday, Tuesday mornings and Wednesday.
