About me

I’m a Technician supporting the Fashion/Textiles BA through specialist sample making, garment construction and sewing expertise, alongside pattern cutting. I bring 10+ years’ industry experience developing collections for brands as a sample maker and pattern cutter, including work for Alexander McQueen, Plümo and TOAST. Using CLO3D for garment development — sampling and producing production-ready patterns, rendering in place of toiling. I also have costume and props experience, including work for Mangostone, and a background in wearable technology and speculative design, holding an MA in Fashion Futures. I enjoy helping students build confidence in construction and sewing, bringing an inventive, problem-solving approach to technical teaching, and value being part of a team supporting hands-on, practical learning.

Area of expertise

Garment construction, sample making and pattern cutting; CLO3D digital garment development; costume making; wearable technology and speculative design.
