Noor leads the multi-professional Inclusive Training within Practice Project, working in close collaboration across healthcare and education sectors. With over 20 years of experience, she has built a portfolio career driving transformative change across healthcare, higher education, further education, and the civil service.

An experienced Equality, Diversity and Inclusion practitioner, Noor is also a project professional, a people professional, and a qualified lecturer in both higher and further education.

Known for her collaborative leadership style, Noor has successfully led complex, cross-functional initiatives that deliver systemic change while championing equity and belonging. Her strategic vision is deeply rooted in inclusive principles, which she embeds into organisational outcomes to deliver high-impact, cross-sector solutions.
