About me

Osasenaga (Osas) Enogieru is a seasoned programme and portfolio manager with over nine years of experience driving innovation, entrepreneurship, and ecosystem development across the UK and internationally.

Osasenaga’s career spans diverse roles in venture development, startup support, and enterprise education. Recently serving as the ISPF Portfolio Manager at the Royal Academy of Engineering, he led the strategic oversight of the Academy’s International Science Partnership Fund portfolio, ensuring alignment with UK government objectives and fostering impactful collaborations across ODA and non-ODA countries. As E-Business Advisor at Newham College London, he supported over 60 SMEs in adopting digital technologies, strengthening his expertise in the UK’s innovation landscape and building a robust network of regional stakeholders. His commitment to nurturing entrepreneurial talent is further reflected in his role as a review panel member for the University of Sussex and UC Berkeley’s Big Ideas Contest, where he evaluates and mentors emerging startups.

Previously, as National Programme Manager at Wennovation Hub, Osasenaga led eight cohorts of venture development programmes across sectors such as Agriculture, Health, Education, and Clean Energy. He designed bespoke training curricula, built mentor networks, and secured a €160,000 grant from the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, demonstrating his fundraising acumen and dedication to inclusive innovation.

In his role as Nigeria Country Launcher for Gomycode Netherlands, Africa’s fastest-growing EdTech startup (Financial Times, 2024 & 2025), he spearheaded market entry, developed tailored educational programmes, and enrolled 60 students within nine months. His efforts included securing zero-interest financing to support low-income learners, showcasing his commitment to equitable access to enterprise education.

Osasenaga is passionate about embedding entrepreneurial thinking into education and empowering students and graduates to launch sustainable ventures. His work is defined by a deep commitment to ecosystem building, stakeholder engagement, and programme excellence, qualities he is eager to bring to roles that shape the next generation of innovators.
