Mrs Pamoda Wijesinghe

 I joined UWE Bristol with over 10 years of experience working as a digital marketer, mainly in the hospitality and technology industries. I have been working as a full-time lecturer in Business and Marketing since 2022 at York St. John University - London Campus and now at UWE Bristol.  Before being in academia, I worked with several leading hospitality partners and digital marketing agencies in Sri Lanka, India, Maldives and the UK. I had the opportunity to explore digital marketing and specialise in Search Engine Marketing and e-business Development (including online revenue management and CRM) for nearly ten years. I currently teach digital marketing at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Also, I have been a tutor for the Digital Marketing Institute (DMI) for two years with one of their certified education partners in Sri Lanka. 

I hold an honours degree in Business Management from the University College Dublin, Ireland, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka and an MSc in Digital Marketing from UWE Bristol. I'm also a Certified Digital Marketing Professional with Digital Marketing Institute, Ireland.
