Mrs Pippa Dunbar

I am a registered Clinical Scientist with over a decade of experience working in Radiotherapy Physics in Bristol, with a particular focus on treatment planning development and dosimetry, including several years as Head of Dosimetry. I subsequently moved into higher education, leading the Medical Physics programme for three years before becoming Associate Director for Healthcare Science Apprenticeships at UWE Bristol.

I am currently undertaking a PhD exploring the experiences of hidden neurodivergent learners within degree apprenticeships. I am passionate about supporting learners to succeed and working collaboratively with employers and colleagues to develop and support the healthcare science workforce.
