About me
I am a Senior Lecturer in Strategic Management and Operations and am currently the module leader for the Service Operations module, and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate dissertations.
I hold an Executive MBA from the University of Bath and have co-authored 2 articles that follow on from my dissertation together with my supervisor, Niki Panteli, who is now Professor of Digital Business at Royal Holloway, University of London.
I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Authority (FHEA) and I have held senior executive positions within large IT Corporations and gained significant experience in continuous business improvement across product and service Supply Chains. This has included working with many geographies and cultures and building extensive experience in integrating large organizations and fostering strategic partner relationships. In parallel, I have 20 years experience of in setting up and running a small business.
In 2024 a colleague and I attracted funding for a HEIF knowledge exchange project on supporting 3rd sector organisations with impact assessments.
