About me

Dr. Rolla Monib is a Senior Lecturer in Construction Management with over seven years of experience in UK academia. Before entering academia, she spent more than a decade overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects in the Middle East (UAE and Egypt), ultimately serving as a Project Control Team Leader.

She holds a PhD in Construction Engineering from Loughborough University and a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Her expertise includes modularisation, productivity, project planning and control, earned value (EV) management, cost control, construction technology, value management, and Building Information Modelling (BIM).

Her research contributions to the construction sector are demonstrated through multiple published papers.
